- Facilities Maintenance & Operations - Maintaining campuses, buildings, grounds, and athletic facilities to support a clean and vibrant learning atmosphere.
- Facilities Planning & Development - Overseeing modernization efforts, long-term planning, and capital improvement projects to enhance district infrastructure.
- Capital Improvement Projects - Planning and executing renovations, upgrades, and new construction to meet evolving educational needs.
- Long-Term Facilities Planning - Collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategic plans that align with district goals and community growth.
- Sustainability & Safety Initiatives - Promoting energy efficiency, environmental stewardship, and campus safety across all sites.
- Transportation Services - Providing safe and dependable transportation that ensures students arrive to school and home securely and on time.
