Summer Assistance Program 

What are the eligibility requirements?

A classified school employee must meet the following eligibility criteria to participate in the CSESAP for the 2026-2027 School Year.

  • Must have been employed with BUSD for at least one year at the time of enrollment.
  • Must be employed by BUSD in a regular assignment for 11 months or fewer, out of a 12-month period.
  • The regular annual pay received directly from BUSD is $62,400 or less for an entire school year, at the time of enrollment.
  • Deduction amount cannot exceed 10 percent of the monthly paycheck.

The procedures are as follows:

  • Download the fillable PDF application form
  • Complete all required fields electronically
  • Print and sign the form or sign the form electronically
  • Deliver the form to Bassett Unified School District Office: Payroll Office or submit the signed form via email at [email protected]

 

Please note that, for verification and security purposes, only submissions sent from a Bassett Unified School District email address will be accepted. Emails from external accounts will not be delivered.
