What's Happening in Special Education?
On Monday, October 30, 2023, the Special Day Classrooms (Preschool- 8th Grade) along with District Special Education staff and several speech language pathologists facilitated a bracelet making and stained-glass coloring activity. Students provided artwork and the gymnasium was filled with amazing student work. There was also a magician, gross motor activities, face painting, and student performances. Bassett USD had a great representation of students and staff, and the department was excited to share this student experience with Dr. Alvarez.
