all right good evening Bassett Community Welcome to our special board meeting March 18th 2021 we're going to call our meeting to order at 5:43 item number one Roku mr. Armando Barajas Nestor Castellano Patrice stanzione I just want her to come look like a speaker on here miss Delores Rivera Christina Flores present Alejandro Alvarez private in Santa Rosa a dent doctor Kennard thank you thank you, mrs. Ross I don't number to approve agenda special for meeting of March 18th 2010 can I get a motion to approve the agenda thank you Roku Pledge of Allegiance for the flag place your right hand over your heart Bring begin I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all you talk to her M3 public comments this is the appropriate point in the agenda for those present to speak with regards to any closed session items on the agenda only topic specific to the app closest station item will be heard at this time topics please do not address closed session items will be heard during the Open Session comments Mitchell has to be have anyone who's time or loss session comments yes we have Miss Darlene Martin and she is locked in right now so I'm going to go ahead thank you Miss Arlene Martin I have a comment but I'm not sure if it's the right time to attach to comet what's what's in the closest genda should I just read what I wrote go ahead OK with opening up the school so it goes custodians are on the front line of defense at schools we need to make sure our schools are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected throughout the day because of covet our daily routine cleaning has been increased need to make sure cuz they'll yes. It's in overwhelmed that they don't feel the need to rush to get everything done I think we should follow her sister District LA county and hire more custodian they are doubly the custodial staff maybe we can part-time custodian custodian we can ensure the parents and staff that we care about their safety and are diligently doing our best to keep everyone safe there is only two custodians at my site and I believe it's not enough to maintain the school to CDC guidelines one custodian will be by himself from 6 to 1 I was one person supposed to keep up with all the new protocols and making sure the School site environment is clean sanitize and disinfect before the kids arrive throughout the day and when they leave once against their will be one custodian for the night cleaning also are we going to be hiring for custodian are we just going to give them more work please When developing new policies or figuring out where the money goes hear our voices and include us we will need more custodians now didn't we ever did to ensure a safe clean replace disinfected environment for us all thank you thank you for your comments Michelle Lee Martin wizard Rojas do we have anyone else will be going into closed session at 5:48 thank you mrs. Rojas okay number five reconvenes Open Session will reconvene at 6:42 Adam on reports of a taking a closed session the board did not take any action and closed session law session was for informational purposes only I don't never stick Saturn mc1r next regular board meeting will be March 23rd 20 next week then I remember to a German a special board meeting of March 18th 2021 and I got a motion to adjourn the meeting and it's okay.
